Disneyland Resort implemented a virtual queue system for an upcoming Kingdom Hearts pin release at Downtown Disney in November, eliminating traditional standby lines for the collectible merchandise drop. The shift, announced October 27, marks a change in how the Disney park handles high-demand pin releases. The virtual queue allows guests to secure their place digitally rather than waiting in physical lines at the retail location.
